Shipping policy


DELIVERY


We are currently only delivering to UK mainland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Island, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

We use Royal Mail or Yodel to deliver our products. The shipping fee is £4.99 or FREE if the order amount is over £36.

Delivery options to countries outside of the UK will be available in the near future.

The estimated date for delivery of the products will be set out in the confirmation email, such dates are estimates only and we accept no liability for delivery delays.

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, for instance strike action or delays by our delivery provider.

We will deliver the products to the delivery address specified by you when you placed your order with us. Please ensure you have entered the correct address.

If you require an address change, this can be done through your Royal Mail tracking link. We are unable to change the address for you.

In the event that products have not been received within 5 working days following the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number, contact details and product ordered.

In the event that the parcel is lost by the courier, please email us and we will post another one free of charge. 

We do not give refunds for lost parcels.

The RAZABALL must be returned to us for a refund less the postage fee.
