Refund policy
30 DAY REFUND POLICY
A refund will only be given for the full amount of the product (not the shipping cost for orders under £36) when the product is returned to us.
To request a return, please email hello@razaball.com with a reason for the return request within 30 days of purchase.
We will respond with the return address where you can send the razor back to us and the refund will be issued as soon as the product is received. We do not cover the return shipping cost.
The refund will be issued back to your original payment option.
We do not give refunds for change of mind or ‘accidental orders.’
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm. We will respond to your email within 24hours.
MISSING PARCELS
We do not give refunds for missing parcels. Please please email hello@razaball.com if your parcel is missing we will send another one free of charge.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
The RAZABALL comes with a lifetime warranty. If there is a problem with your razor, please email hello@razaball.com with photos showing the issue and we will replace it free of charge.

Please email hello@razaball.com if you would like to cancel your blade subscription.
We will respond to your email within 24 hours.
